A quick post and a brief introduction:

The online link for registration on the right hand column should be good to go.  If you prefer snail mail you can print out the entry form and waiver from the link.  You then fill that sucker out and mail it into me.  I have worked hard to find an affordable online registration service that doesn't charge you guys an arm and a leg to sign up.  T&H is as affordable as they come.

Hello Everyone.

We are all set to get the race rolling again.  As of right now I am working with T&H timing out of Valpo to get the "online registration"  up and running.  The mail in link for registration should be go to go.  Also I have listed a link on the right hand column for the data junkies.  It gives all the GPS info one could want.  I used a Garmin 310xt to record the distances.  As you look over the course please remember you have a 1/2 mile spur (out and back) to the finish line.  This means you will not have that distance recorded 2 and three times if you should choose to run either the marathon or the 60K distance.  There is also an elevation profile please take advantage of this and look it over.  Also, with this data please note the split times.  Although my pace was terrible it will show the distances between each of the aid stations along the way. ( I think i was sick or something ;-) )
New this year the course will be run counter clockwise on the hiking trails.  This should result in the speedsters really having a fun and fast course.  Its not that we have all that many hills anyways.   We are looking to change the course direction on the hiking trails according to it being a current odd or even numbered year.   This pertains to the wide, groomed hiking trails only.  The park dictates that we run against the flow of the mountain bikers for the safety of everyone involved.
Check back here often as we will be putting in updates with pictures of awards, shirts, and pictures of the course and general comments about the race.

Respect,

Brett
